Returns & Exchanges

All products purchased from can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item(s) is not on Sale or discount.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product (slight colour or style variation not included) or is found to be different from what you had purchased.
  • If a customer hasn't refused an order before.

Size exchanges are available for any article (if available), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to or at our WhatsApp Helpline +92 318 4523807 (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon-Fri & 10 AM to 3 PM, Satto raise a dispute. A grace period of 15 days will be provided to accommodate shipping times. At Celina, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item being shipped domestically. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item at or at our WhatsApp Helpline +92 318 4523807 (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon-Fri & 10 AM to 3 PM, Sat), within 7 days of delivery before any claims can be processed.

A refusal at the door will automatically require you to pay in advance for your next order with CELINA.PK

Note: After a refund is approved, it can take up to 15 days.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support new orders, returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • If a customer has refused an earlier order.
  • Damage due to improper washing will not be entertained.  (We recommend to Dry Clean Only)
  • Unfortunately, International Orders can't be exchanged, returned or refunded.
  • If local customs of a country has withheld a shipment from pending duties and taxes.(please see your local customs duties and taxes before ordering).
  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame of 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Shrinkage due to washing will not be entertained. (We recommend to Dry Clean Only)
  • The product is damaged because of inappropriate use.
  • If anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.
