Orders with a value of Rs.3,000 or more are eligible for free delivery. For orders below this amount, there will be a delivery charge of Rs.239.
Free Delivery is available only in Pakistan.
Please note that we are unable to cancel orders after they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be refused at the doorstep. However, if you refuse an order at the doorstep, your address will be marked and advance payment will be required for any new orders placed in the future.

If Celina faces difficulty in delivering orders due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer (such as wrong or unreachable contact numbers, incomplete addresses, or any other data necessary for delivery), the customer will be charged repeat delivery charges for paid orders. In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, Celina may require advance payment for reshipping the order with an extra charge, even if it qualifies for free delivery at the time of placing the order.
If any orders cannot be delivered or are returned to Celina due to reasons beyond Celina's control, such as unavailability of the customer at the mentioned address, Celina may charge repeat delivery charges for paid orders or require advance payment for orders that were placed on cash on delivery with additional reshipping charges, even if such orders qualified for free delivery at the time they were placed.
