All products purchased from Celina.pk can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item(s) is not on Sale or discount.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product (slight colour or style variation not included) or is found to be different from what you had purchased.
- If a customer hasn't refused an order before.
Size exchanges are available for any article (if available), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or at our WhatsApp Helpline +92 318 4523807 (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon-Sat) to raise a dispute. A grace period of 15 days will be provided to accommodate shipping times. At Celina, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
Replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item being shipped domestically. You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item at email@example.com or at our WhatsApp Helpline +92 318 4523807 (10 AM to 5 PM, Mon-Sat), within 7 days of delivery before any claims can be processed.
A refusal at the door will automatically require you to pay in advance for your next order with CELINA.PK
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support new orders, returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- If a customer has refused an earlier order.
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame of 7 days after receiving the product.
- Shrinkage due to washing will not be entertained. (We recommend to Dry Clean Only)
- The product is damaged because of inappropriate use.
- If anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
